Item:  My parental units thank all of you for your congratulatories. They are still baffled as to why I blog, even more as to why I blog "real life" but ... I do! So neener! (I can say that to Mums, now.  I have presented her with grandsons.)

Item:  Would you believe I am FINALLY going to see an allergist to discover what gave me the inflamed, inflated GECKO face of March?  Two and a half months later, I see a specialist.  Sure, now.  Now, when I am healthy, uninflated, and undeformed.

Ah well. I know what I looked like. <wry smile>  It's a VERY good thing my mirror has no memory of it.

Item:  It's the first day of Hurricane Season!  Yes, we have all our supplies – including a crank-powered storm radio and a gas generator.  No, we do not have a roof-supply of blue tarp.  I am being optimistic.

Item:  I am teaching on angels this coming Sunday.  If you have any thoughts on them, I'd be interested. Yes, I have my own and yes, I have scriptures, but I also want to share with the kids some views that are out there in the world, too. 

Item:  Cartoon Ranger started Speech Therapy officially today. Yay!
