I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship. - Louisa May Alcott

Whew!
Well, in spite of positively dire predictions regarding the weather, the AZ Book Festival went off beautifully. Coolish in the morning, sunny and glorious but not hot in the afternoon...ahhh, lovely lovely lovely.

I had a delightful day with my friends and writing colleagues, promoting the Writers Round Table Phoenix and I think I talked for possibly six hours, non-stop. :-) Anyone who knows me knows this is totally possible. lol

Sold several copies of Sonoran Mirage as well as the books of my fellow authors. Sold just about everything, in fact, except my own books.

Sigh.

But these things happen and inspirational romance is rather a narrow market. On the positive side, there are people who do want to buy my latest when I get them back from the Grand Pooh Bah of the Roundtable.

After spending pretty much all day at the Festival, I headed home, put my feet up for an hour. Then, I got to get back into the car and head to dress rehearsal for the Easter Cantata. That was fun and they fed us. Yes!

This morning was the Cantata, two presentations. I was exceedingly proud of my drama team...when guys will wear "dresses" (read: Biblical costumes) it's always something of note!

It was a busy weekend, but well worth the effort, even if I didn't sell a book. Of course...it would have been nice... ;-)

Have a good evening, all you poor folks who had to mess with their clocks today! *snicker*

And here's your host!
