I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship. - Louisa May Alcott
Writing as an insomniac
I have always been an insomniac. The severity of it increases or lessens, but the potential for nearly sleepless nights is always there.
Last night was one of those nights.
I've been up since midnight, more or less, letting my mind wander. On the cool side of that, my storytelling brain is in hyperdrive by now, fueled of course by copious amounts of caffeine.
I'm going to Nordweg and play with my warriors and Irish healer now. Woohoo!
It'll be a good morning, if Scooter will just nap for another hour. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm on the last third of this book, finally, and praying that it is all downhill from here, narrative wise. I can dream!!!
Until next time, this is Sandi the Insomniac, signing out...
